Changing Behaviour

I work with leaders to design and deliver dynamic away days that inform, align, and motivate teams. Using professionals from the creative arts and game-based problem-solving, I create immersive experiences that drive the behaviours and actions needed to meet your targets.

I’ve led face-to-face sessions for teams of 5 to 100+ and online studio sessions for 200+. Each session is fully bespoke and co-created to ensure it meets your specific needs.

Team Facilitation

Creative Problem Solving 

Through creative activities, I help teams identify and acknowledge challenges or opportunities, brainstorm solutions, and map out experiments to drive change. Each session is co-created with the team leader to ensure it’s relevant and impactful.

I design sessions to uncover and articulate leadership strategy, co-create team values and supporting behaviours, tackle workplace challenges, and spark creative thinking for client campaigns.

Helping your team succeed

I coach individuals who are stepping into new roles, facing ongoing challenges, feeling stuck, or not reaching their full potential.

Using my R4 approach—Reflect, Reframe, Re-route, and take Responsibility—I help them gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change.

I recommend a minimum of 6–9 hours, delivered in 1.5-hour sessions over up to 6 months.

We start with a free 30-minute chemistry call to see if we're the right fit. Our first session is a deep dive into your challenges, opportunities, and coaching goals. From there, I provide a coaching proposal with key insights and a draft route map—laying the foundation for our work together.
