What if the only thing standing between you and success is the way you think?

Listening Dog

We naturally fall into familiar patterns of thinking, repeating the same behaviors and getting the same results. Without realizing it, we become our own biggest barrier to success.

To break free, we need to rethink how we think—and that’s where I come in.

I help you navigate key moments in your career—whether you’re stepping into a new role, facing a challenge at work, rebuilding confidence after a setback, or preparing to go after the next big opportunity.

I introduce tools that help you rethink how you think.

Learning to approach challenges from a fresh perspective isn’t complicated, but it is a skill—one that needs to be learned and practiced.

I use creative and playful techniques to actively listen, share innovative problem-solving tools, and guide reflection in a way that sparks real change. My goal is always to upskill and empower—you won’t become reliant on me, but instead gain the confidence and ability to share these tools with others, creating a lasting impact.

Together, we step outside your comfort zone, strengthen decision-making, and build confidence. We don’t just talk about change—we co-create it in a way that ensures you and your team take ownership and make it happen.

1:1 Coaching

Get unstuck, gain clarity, and take action

I work with individuals stepping into new roles, facing ongoing challenges, feeling stuck, or not reaching their full potential.

Using my R4 approachReflect, Reframe, Re-route, and take Responsibility—I help you navigate change with confidence and clarity.

I typically recommend 6–9 hours of coaching, broken into 1.5-hour sessions over a 3–6 month period.

We start with a free 30-minute chemistry call to see if we’re a good fit.

Our first session is a deep dive into your challenges, opportunities, and coaching goals.

From there, I provide a coaching proposal and route map, outlining key insights and the path forward.

Louise. WWF

Kirstin made a life changing difference to my confidence, helping me tackle head-on, the imposter syndrome challenges that I faced in my new role as a Director.

We worked through multiple real life scenarios, which encompassed elements of my work and personal life.

I know use the tools, lessons and insights I learnt to guide how I respond (not react).

We worked together for 9 months and I know it'll positively impact my life and career forever.

Kirstin's approach is kind, clear and fun.

She wants to help you be your best version and has the ability to leave you feeling really good about yourself

She had a way of pulling things out of me that I never knew I had in me.

Katy. Methods Analytics

I knew it was time to move on from my job, but the idea of re-entering the job market felt overwhelming. I had clear goals, but navigating the process was daunting, and my lack of confidence was holding me back. I needed a boost—and Kirstin’s coaching was a game changer.

Through creative exercises, she helped me uncover my unique strengths—what she called my 'secret sauce'—and craft a compelling story that showcased my skills with confidence. She showed me how to align my strengths with the job spec and gave me invaluable mental and physical preparation tips for interviews.

The result? I landed the job—and got promoted within a year.

Kirstin just ‘got me’—immediately and without judgment. In our sessions, she truly listened, reflected back what she heard, and held up a metaphorical mirror, helping me see myself more clearly.

Her tools and techniques for change are simple yet powerful, and I’ve found them just as useful in life as in work. She’s helped me better understand who I am, how to pause and manage my knee-jerk reactions, and—importantly—how to be kinder to myself along the way.

I’ve walked away with greater self-awareness and a kitbag of techniques to support my continued growth. It’s not easy, and often uncomfortable, but I now understand that growth happens in discomfort. Kirstin even played back to me things I said in our first session, and months later, I barely recognise the person I was then.

I still have work to do—always—but she has truly helped me move the needle.
