About
My name is Kirstin Kaszubowska
Creative thinking, clear communication, and coaching that gets to the heart of things.
Before becoming a coach, creative facilitator and change consultant, I spent 15 years in communications helping international brands, public sector organisations and large-scale events shape their message and make it land.
That’s where I honed my ability to distil complex ideas, see the bigger picture, and create stories that connect.
Now, I use that same skillset to help individuals and teams think differently, see more clearly, and take meaningful action — whether that’s stepping into a new role, shaping team behaviours, or scaling a business with intention.
I have a Master’s in Innovation, Creativity & Leadership from Cass Business School and I’m trained in mindfulness and behaviour change.
I regularly bring in creative tools — from Pip Decks and Gamestorming to metaphor, art, and playful experiments — to help people approach challenges from fresh angles.
I’ve run sessions in boardrooms, schools, galleries, and global conferences. I’ve worked with dancers, comedians, and mind-readers to shift thinking and spark insight. And I still believe the best results come when people feel safe enough to explore, stretch, and see things differently.
I live in Berkshire with two teenagers, two dogs, and an ever-growing stack of sticky notes.
I’m currently a coach for WWF, The Conscious Leadership Company, and Kin&Co, and work with individuals, leaders and teams across sectors to create change that actually sticks.

I believe
creativity shifts thinking
